This week I get to talk with the wonderful Candice Smiley.
It’s so refreshing to talk to someone so confident who shows ownership over their struggles. Candice is not afraid to tell it like it is. She has had her share of struggles, and that only makes it easier to hear what she has to say.
When she says to sit with the pain, I hear it. I understand that is how she got through. I’ve heard it before, but seeing is believing.
It was so much fun to hear her no-nonsense approach to letting yourself feel. And it makes perfect sense when you hear it from the source.
